Customer  Policy

1)      No Refund Policy    :-   Company allow only replacement Or change a product.

2)      Replacement Policy  :- Only 1 Or 2 times customer Replace a Product from Specific Seller.(Its depend upon company policy).

3)      Only 6 Hrs time to replace a Product :- After delivery customer have only 6 hrs time to change Or replace a product.

4)      If customer gives damaged product for replacement , company is not responsible for giving payment back.

5)      About Product :– Service will be provided by service provider, it is only a platform that can be utilized by Users to reach a larger base to buy and sell products or services. not our responsibility.

6)      Shipping charges will be applicable as per product sizes.

7)      About garments – Specific product & colour guarantee is not our responsibility.

8)      Prices & delivery costs are liable to change at any time but changes will  not affect  orders in respect of which we have already send you a dispatch confirmation.

9)      No warranty & guarantee by us, it is only shop store responsibility.

10)  We reserve the right to make changes to our policies & these conditions of sale at any time.

11)   The Platform is only a platform that can be utilized by Users to reach a larger base to buy and sell products or services.

12)   Membership on the Platform is free for buyers. Smaart Buzz does not charge any fee for browsing and buying on the Platform.

13)  All payments made against the purchases/services on Platform by you shall be compulsory in Indian Rupees acceptable in the Republic of India. Platform will not facilitate transaction with respect to any other form of currency with respect to the purchases made on Platform.

14)   Following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

a. Damages due to misuse of product;

b. Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product;

c. Any consumable item which has been used/installed;

d. Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers;

e. Digital products/services

f. Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
